Refund Policy – Miesuko Laab

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery via email (info@miesuko.in) or WhatsApp (+919818011888) with pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3: Upon review, we will send our courier partner (Miesuko Laab Shipping Partner) to collect the wrong product.
Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative solution.
Step 5: Once the wrong product is collected, we will ship your replacement product (depending on stock availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund).


Item Damaged

Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3: Upon review, we will send our courier partner (Miesuko Laab Shipping Partner) to collect the damaged product.
Step 4: If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, we will provide an alternative option.
Step 5: Once the damaged product is collected, we will ship your replacement product (depending on stock availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund).


Non-Returnable / Non-Replacement Cases

We cannot return or replace products in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or altered products

  • Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) missing

  • Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery

  • Returns and refunds are not possible for the makeup category


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing. Once your order is processed, cancellation is not possible.


Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above a minimum order value, which may be updated from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD). Shipping charges shown at checkout are final.


Pricing Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and pricing information, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. The price of a product is confirmed only when your order is successfully placed.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for that product, unless the product has already been shipped. In such cases, we may contact you for guidance or cancel your order, informing you accordingly.
Until your ordered product is dispatched, your offer will not be considered accepted, and we may adjust the product’s price or contact you for further instructions via the email or contact number provided during registration.
If we accept your order, payment will be charged to your credit or debit card and confirmed via email or your provided contact number. Payment processing may occur prior to dispatch.
Should we need to cancel your order after processing payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card.
